Who: Any child who is or will be turning 5 before August 1, 2019
What: Kindergarten Registration and Screening (you must call to schedule an appointment prior to April 3RD)
When: April 3RD from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
How: Parents/Guardians need to call the Elementary office at 780-2988 to schedule an appointment. Enrollment packs will be available for parents to pick up in the elementary office prior to April 3RD or the forms may be printed off the fairfieldlocal.org website. (link with kindergarten information)
Where: Fairfield Local School (11611 St. Rt. 771 Leesburg) Use the elementary school entrance on April 3rd.
Parents need to bring a birth certificate, child’s social security card, parent id, proof of residence, immunization record, any custody documents, and a copy of special education records if applicable.
