COVERED BY LOVE TO MINISTER AT RACC

Please join us at the Rose Ave Community Center Friday, March 9, as we welcome Covered By Love. A Southern Gospel family trio from Ohio, Covered By Love is steeped in tradition and faith in Christ, Southern Gospel Music having been a major part of their family, and now they are sharing their faith and hope in Jesus Christ with the world.  Featuring Rhonda Smith and her sons Cody (age 17) and Ethan (age 16), Rhonda grew up singing and traveling with her family’s group until she stepped aside to pursue her career and start a family. Cody began singing in church in 2007, and Rhonda soon after heard the call from God that the work He wanted them to do was to sing for Him wherever He leads them. Ethan began singing in 2009 at the age of 7, and in 2016, at the age of 14, he answered the call to preach God’s word. Now the group travels across the country in full-time ministry, spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ in word and song with dedication and, most importantly, the anointing of God. “Our prayer is that the audience will come to the realization that there is hope, life, and love in Jesus Christ. We express the hope we have in Jesus Christ and the miracles He has done in our lives and that He can do the same for you”, Rhonda said. They recently were blessed to have their 1st radio release “I’ll Lay My Crown” chart #70 in the Singing News Top 80 for the month of February 2018! It’s all because of HIM!

   Gospel Music Family Fridays, an outreach of Rose Ave Community Center & Church, is presented every Friday at 7:00 P.M., doors open at 6:30 P.M. Bringing different local, regional and national singers, musical groups and recording artists to the stage each week, all for the glory of God, we offer free admission, free food & drinks, and free shuttle service, in town. To help support this ministry, a free-will offering will be received. Rose Ave Community Center is located at 412 Rose Ave., in Washington C.H. For transportation please call the office at 740-636-ROSE(7673) before 5:00 P.M. Fridays. Join us every Saturday at 5:00 P.M. for a free community meal & contemporary worship service in a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Featuring an upbeat & relevant, Bible-based message from Pastor Justin, doors open at 4:30 PM. Free transportation is also available for this event by calling the office before 3:00 P.M. Saturdays. Regular office hours are Monday-Friday 2:00-5:00 P.M.
